Yes. Hair is always more dominant than pigment, so keeping it shaved keeps the result symmetrical and natural.
It is long-lasting. Done properly it softens gradually over the years and a colour-up session brings it back to crisp.
No. Properly placed pigment simply fades with time. Blue and green comes from untrained technicians using the wrong pigment or depth, and then has to be removed.
