Consultations and quotes

Consultations are free and carry no obligation. Any quote, plan or session estimate is specific to you and is confirmed only after Ken has assessed your scalp in person. Results shown on this site are real clients; individual results vary with skin, hair loss and aftercare.

Appointments

Appointment, deposit and cancellation terms are confirmed with you when you book. Please give as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule.

Training

Training course content, dates, pricing and certification are confirmed in writing before enrolment. Completion of a course does not constitute a licence to practise; you are responsible for meeting any local regulatory requirements.

Communications

By submitting a form you consent to being contacted by phone, email or text about your enquiry, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can opt out at any time.
